Welcome to our Togetherness Spaces!
WHAT IS IT
Each session will be about 1 hour and exists of the following components:
Guided Meditation: Guided meditation practice to recenter.
Check-in Round: Brief intro of the session and a chance for participants to check-in.
Connection & Sharing: Answering powerful questions in small breakout groups with your digital neighbors.
Closing & Gratitude round: Closing words and a chance to reflect on what you are grateful for.
We are creating virtual space for people to come together to meditate, reflect, connect, and simply be with one another. While many of us may be at home or in a state of physical distancing, we want to practice Social Solidarity by coming together virtually to keep us connected, reconnect to a state of presence and peace and have the chance to share & listen using powerful questions. This way we can make a collective intelligence possible. The Togetherness Spaces are currently led by John Puts, Faraz Ramji, Franziska Schmitt and Kamil Barbarski.
You are welcome to share your struggles but also your hopes. Talking about it and experience community with other humans, getting support in whatever you’re experiencing at the moment.
WHEN
The sessions will happen weekly every Tuesday. You can find the exact dates and times below.
HOW
You will need a computer with Zoom installed or a phone, and a quiet place to participate. The Zoom link for the sessions will be sent to you upon registration.

GUIDELINES
Please do all you can to join us for the start of the call. It will help us all create a safe, welcoming holding environment for everyone.
Please cultivate curiosity, kindness, welcome and gentleness towards one another.
Our wish is that there's genuine freedom in this practice. Nobody is required to speak or say anything in particular about themselves. Every invitation to speak and participate is just that: an invitation. Passing or staying quiet is perfectly acceptable.
Please give your fullest, kindest, warmest attention to the person speaking. Know that they don't need fixing, or saving. Many times it's our being together with full attention that is most helpful.
Please do all you can to observe and protect the confidentiality so that everyone can be free to speak. This means not speaking to anyone outside the group in a way that could identify other participants or anything they have shared about their lives. You are of course very welcome to share outside the group anything you have said, and also insights, possibilities and new understanding you've come to by taking part.
FAQ's
How can I help?
Please share the word! If you have friends, family, or coworkers who you think may benefit from this, please let them know about it and share the website.
Do I have to share during the reflection / check-in?
No, it's optional to share. Depending on the number of people in a session if you choose to share, please keep your reflection brief to give others an opportunity to share as well within the limited session time.
Can I sign up to be a volunteer facilitator?
As we monitor participation we may have a call for additional facilitators. Feel free to write us if you are interested and want to be considered for this.
